Specsavers Opticians

I have always gone to dolland and aitchison for my glasses needs but when I found out that my eye test was going to cost around £25 I decided to go elsewhere and found specsavers. They gave me an appointment quickly and gave ‘the works’ for only £10. I was amazed. There was nothing more to it. A full eye test for just a tenner. It was all professionally done, I was seen quickly and I was out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommended.

This used to be my main optician but found it a pain to travel into town every time I needed my eyes testing.
I love the shop that they have. Its very clean and well presented. They have so much choice which is good.
I found the staff very friendly in here. They were always willing to help you if you needed any help.

As someone who has had glasses for over 4 years now i have visited this place over 10 times now. It’s opposite the Kirkgate Centre so is really easy to find. The layout of the shop is nice and they have a great range of glasses to choose from no matter what your age/​gender etc. The prices are competitive and they often have deals (such as get a 2^nd pair with x% off). The staff in there are great. They obviously have all the latest and up to date equipment and the longest I’ve ever had to wait (after making an appointment) has been half an hour from start to finish. They also sit you down after the eye test and have a general chat, finding out if you have been having any further problems. Great place to go to get glasses.
