I was recently in the Bradford Leisure exchange Pizza Hut and I thought it was great!
I have never had such helpful service! I must say, they were very attentive, offering drink refills before you were even finished just in case.
The pizza was great, as usual and really reasonably priced. Overall the place was really clean. It looked like it was done up recently enough which is always nice to see. It is really a pleasant surprise when you walk in the door compared with the outside.
Overall, I must say, I am a fan! :)

The pizza here was great. For a busy saturaday night. I didn’t had to wait long to be seated. the staff was fantastic. Loved everything about it. Then again, Pizza hut is great in every cities we’ve been to

The pizza’s are lovely, as you’d expect from a Pizza Hut.
As you can see from previous reviews the service really lets the place down.
The waiting time is too long, and the starters aren’t up to the quality of the pizzas.
Parking is NCP and is not validated, so adds to the cost of the meal.
Would probaby choose somewhere else, another Pizza Hut.

Nice enough place. The food is always nice, although my order has been incorrect a couple of times, but the great thing is that if they do get it wrong, they make a fresh pizza but allow you to keep the wrong one, so you get a free pizza! The service is always good and as long as you go at the right time of day its not too busy and overcrowded.

Only awarding this place 2 stars as when I visited with my family last week, although we got a table straight away and ordered our food with little hassle we were waiting well over half an hour for any food or drinks to arrive. When the food did arrive they’d got the order wrong and although we therefore ended up with an extra pizza it was a little dis-​appointing as when the replacement pizza came we were full. Staff alittle too helpful in a non helpful way.

The food is lovely as are most Pizza Huts, however the service is appalling, every time you go in it takes 45 minutes to get a table, they then take 45 minutes to take your order and bring your starter. There are never enough staff on and as most customers are going across to the cinema there is a general air of frustration from the customers.
