Bought and paid over the internet, easy stuff, looking forward to it. A high chair for a recovery situation on my wifes ccner operation. Got a phone call, saying a bit late, the power went out, a bit of a mess. Then another call, farcicle, a young lad saying «make sure you undo the packing, or you will be laible to nothing back», then another call from and elder guy, saying the same, why calll someone whilst your coughing and spluttering down the phone, and then tell them something they alreafy know. Delivery «finally» but late, goods damaged, but wrapped OK, I was accused of the damage, never even took th e item off the lorry, goods returned, called tehm, 30 dayd later, no refund, called them again (six time now) and was told, «I’ll speak to the wife tonight about it»!!! ery risky people to deal with, and I gave them the option of delivering one of «The tens of thousands of chairs they have», it was declined. I WOULD NOT BUY A SPECIALIST CHAIR IF I DIDN’T WANT IT, AND I CERTAINLEY HAVE NEVER IN 50 YEARS OF RETAIL BEEN SPOKEN TO LIKE THIS, OR TREATED LIKE THIS, EASY WHEN YOU SUPPLY THE EMI BUT NOT ANYONE ELSE, theres lots of others out there, but watch for the sub’s of the same firms, they call themselves all sorts of names. Goods never arrived, and to date I have nothing but been accused of something I did not do.
