would like to tell of my experience with Alam blinds. The blinds were measured inaccuratley. The appointment to fit the blinds was cancelled leaving me to wait a further three days, the receptionist said this was due to delay in stock. But when the fitter came l was told that there were not enough fitters that day. To make things worser the fitter left my bedroom window out. When l rang again they were only concerned with mone yand said that there was a cost for it to be done. l spoke to the uncle who said he was in charge, he was very rude and wouldnt give out the contact details for Mr Alam but took my my number and said they would contact me. I am still waiting Mr Alam for you to contact me. Frustrating staff and l ally upset at how I have been treated by Mr Alam treats his customers. Your business is only as good as the service you provide your customersvery very poor service still waiting for your call Mr Alam since early june 2012

This company has NO star rating but this option wasn’t available. It is the WORST company I have ever dealt with! The fitter failed to turn up twice for his appointment and didn’t even ’phone me to say he wasn’t coming. When I spoke to the manager he was rude and unhelpful. I sent an e-mail to the owner of the company informing him of the bad customer service I had received but I didn’t get a reply. The receptionist informed me on more than one occasion that the owner, Mr Alam, had the matter in hand and would be in contact. However, I continued to hear nothing and she finally admitted that she had not been open with the truth and he actually had no intention of resolving the issue! Regrettably, I am left with no other option than to warn other potential customers that this is an appalling company which is interested only in the money and doesn’t care at all about the service it provides.
