Spyglass & Kettle

I found this pub a nice little cosy family style with a Wetherspoons feel to it, it’s also very close to the beach and from the bank at the front of the pub there’s lovely view of Boscombe and Bournemouth Piers, and with a great choice of seating in and out of the premises and also a good food menu. I found the half chicken and chips I ate there reasonable.
If you are this side of Bournemouth it’s definitely worth a pint in here.

I have had a meal at this pub on at least 3 occasions and have enjoyed every single one, the dining area is very relaxing and beautifully decorated creating a calm and relaxing family atmosphere with a huge outside dining & seating area for the summer this pub is a favourite haunt when in the area. Have had a number of varying meals between my OH and myself and seems that the food is all good quality served in portions large enough to fill up even the most hungry diner, during the summer season and of an evening the dining area gets busy but from the reserved tickets on some of the tables they will take bookings for larger parties which may help family groups to find a seat. Id definatley say dont walk/​drive past this place if your hungry and in need of a reasonably priced pub style meal
