I came here’s to celebrate my birthday with the family. The food was disappointing as it lacked flavour. We ordered bread and olives but they had to toast the bread because it was not that fresh.

Lovely atmosphere. Great layout & décor. Piano playing in the corner. Food was pretty good. Wine selection a little basic. Plagued by the usual Bournemouth hen party invasion, but it was Saturday night. Service was fast — a little too rushed. Felt like they wanted us gone to get in more people… Staff otherwise friendly. Some complementary bread with oil & vinegar would have been nice considering the cost of the meal, but there wasn’t; much time till the food arrived.
