I was impressed by the services this council gives its public. In terms of Waste Management, Collections and Recycling they have a thumbs up. Collections are on the day expected and householders are sent lists of exactly what to put into their recycling bins and houehold rubbish bins. On the spot warnings are placed on bins by the bin men if they find the rules are flaunted. Streets are kept clean and they must be doing something right because nobody seems to drop any litter on the generally clean streets.
