One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve visited in a long while.
Dhanmondi has the feel of a traditional UK curry house, but with a diverse and interesting menu. And the food is excellent. Intricately spiced main dishes, light and delicious naan breads and a wide vegetarian selection. It’s all good.
The interior is huge and a little lacking in atmosphere on a quiet night, but this is compensated by the very friendly and helpful service. It’s not the cheapest Indian in the area (main dishes around £6 — £9) but well worth it.
