WH Smith realy is the king of newsagents. My favourite thing about this shop is all the pens and pencils!
Honestly, I only really need one biro and once pencil at a time for any general use, yet I still buy loads of crayola pencils and pens in all the colours imaginable every now and then.
I always buy my girlfriend some of these coloured pencils at Christmas as a stocking filler. It’s a bit like Homer buying a bowling ball for Marge, but far less macho. Basically I just want to do some colouring in when it’s Boxing Day and I’m full and hungover.
I think Smiths will always have a place in the heart of the British people. It’s a reliable, well-​loved shop.
