We’ve been with this Health Practice for over 10 years and have been very pleased with the service we have received. The doctors there (and there are quite a few) all score highly for their bedside manner: Dr Atkinson in particular is a very caring doctor (but perhaps it’s unfair to single him out). The receptionists seem to be efficient. Two minor grumbles: the layout of the surgery is a bit odd (there are two waiting-​rooms and if you don’t wait in the right one things can get confusing); and the pharmacy next door tends to be rather slow when it’s busy (which is often) — although that’s hardly this practice’s fault. There’s plenty of parking. All in all, an excellent surgery.
