Formerly Papadum this restaurant claims to specialise in Nepalese and Indian cuisine. Although renamed they still use the Papadum ordering pads and paperwork. Curiously the menu of the former was more exotic then this one. I can see nothing on it that one would label ‘Nepalese’ except for one dish with radishes which was listed as a gurkha favourite. We ordered a takeaway and had the Royal Gurkha special which came in at a whopping £9.50. It was nice but all it was was a mixed kebab starter in a masala sauce. We also had a korma and a lasuni. The latter was listed as hot but it was not. Rice was generous and the naan breads tasty. Dahl too watery for my liking. All in all though it was very tasty
