this place is like a converted pigeon loft personally i would of appreciated more cleanliness as it was similar to hot dog van service

Yes, Yes, Yes, although not in the centre of town or in the most sort after areas of Blackpool this place ticks all the right boxes for me. The couple who own this resturaunt which is part of their hotel have got it right, the food is excellent and well presented from a kitchen which is open to the diner so you can see your food being prepared in spotless conditions. The staff and service are excellent and it is not too pricey. The menu changes monthly so there are always new mouthwatering dishes to try. Go on treat yourself!

Olivers is part of Lancaster House Hotel and you could be forgiven for just driving past considering the surrounding area, but it really is a gem. Run by a husband and wife team, the décor is lovely and it has a separate bar/​seating area.
The kitchen is fully visible from the restaurant and is spotlessly clean.
The food is fantastic, the menu is not extensive but it does change regularly and as with all top class restaurants the presentation is great.
The wine list is varied and not too expensive.
Booking is advised and if you wish to experience high quality food in an unlikely setting, I cannot recommend Olivers highly enough.
