My everyday stop before work

Well good drinks food staff was very friend and lots of setting this Starbucks and it is a Drive through.

Gute Lage und freundliches Personal. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit im Gästebereich zu wünschen übrig. (Könnte aber auch daran liegen, dass immer etwas los ist)

A pleasant branch of the green mermaid bearing in mind this is a franchise. A good amount of comfortable seating is available. What on the surface seems like an odd location for a Starbucks, does very well due to it’s proximity to both the M65 motorway and the Royal Blackburn Hospital.
All the usual Starbucks food and drink options are available and as they are much of a muchness no matter which branch you visit, what makes a difference is the ambience and the service. Both seem to be on point here, things certainly seem to have improved since Shaun P’s visit in 2014.
I’d definitely drop in again if I happened to be passing through the area.

This conveniently located franchised store is next to Royal Blackburn Hospital. Offering all the usual Starbucks drinks and foods.
The store itself was clean and quite large. Many tables and chairs had been packed in. Around the perimeter were soft chairs and also a business desk/​area. Outdoor seating was also plentiful.
The site itself is shared with a Spar, Garage, Pharmacy and a Subway.
The staff were amongst some of the least friendly I have experienced. When my drink was ready I did not hear them shout, and it was left just sitting there on the top to go cool… Surely if no one collected it within 30seconds you should be shouting again? Not exactly rocket science is it? As I said overall attitude of staff here was an issue and not your usual American Starbucks friendly or customer focused!
