I phoned this company on Monday, was called back within an hour, had appointment for tuesday afternoon. Very pleasant engineer arrived as arranged and fixed cooker without any fuss, also checked everything out and even leveled the cooker for us before leaving (which I could not do!!) The part only cost £8, I had been quoted by another company £127… a lot of difference.
I would have no problem in recommending this very friendly, efficient company. I was treated with exceptional care from the word go. They maybe a small company but are LARGE on Quality and commitment.
I will have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone.

A great quality service, no con.
This small local company are really helpful, and repair electrical goods (something that seems to be rare these days!) They also sell spares, and can source hard to find parts.
With a call-​out service and van, the friendly staff are also happy to estimate the length of life in your electrical goods, to advise whether it’s worth you shelling out for repair, or just to invest in something new.
The fact that this business is both small and locally run, means you always feel like a valued customer, rather than just a wallet on legs!
