Yew Tree Farm Shop

I have been recently to Portsmouth and I was just disgusted to hear one of the tourists asking for the «nearest Starbucks» to the girl in one information desk. Yes, I thought the same. How can?!? With all respect, there’s nothing more exciting that explore the places you are visiting and experience the truly taste of local food.
Yew Tree Farm shop is placed in the middle of the Stratford Road, in the way to Woolton Wawen, and I am glad I find this gem! I know UK has plenty of farm shops all over the country and it’s just delightful stop by during the trip (maybe better on the way back home) and get some fresh products and catch up with the local businesses people.
This is a perfect place to do it! Yew Tree is more than just a farm shop, it’s a place to learn about how to encouraging the production and consumption of local products!
Their range of products is impressive and you can expect to spend some quality time there. From fresh bread (of heaven) to some tasteful jams and pickles onions! If you love buying local, you have to love this place!
There are at let more 5 of those shops spread in the whole UK and If you see its display on the road, stop and visit it! If you decide to go by train the nearest station is the Woolton Wawen itself.
