WMD

My oven stopped working one day and I left it for ages before working out that a thing on the back had completely melted off and needed replacing. I still, to this day, don’t know what said thing was called but I did the only thing I could do and took the molten lump down the road to WMD (Washing Machine Distribution) who I thought may also sell oven parts because they sell Calor Gas. It made sense to me at the time.
The old boy who runs the shop was extremely helpful and although he didn’t sell oven parts he knew a guy who did and sorted the part out for me, for a mere fiver.
Good customer service, that is.
