The Moseley Arms is Brum’s best kept secret, a charming, classic style boozer in Digbeth which has undergone a recent revamp but still retained many original features. Comfortable and welcoming, reasonable drinks prices, rear patio with pool table and friendly bar staff make for a good combination at this great pub. Their regular DJ Adam Deafout is one of the few remaining vinyl-only DJs and plays a great selection of classic 60s, indie, alternative and lots more. There’s a great little dance floor and a late license at the weekend. They often have live bands playing and despite a fairly basic set up, the sound is really good. The only drawback is not many people know about it yet! This is a lovely pub with great potential and everyone needs to get down there & get involved! For this reason I’ve stepped in to help with bookings for bands and promoters so hopefully it’s about to get a lot busier ;)
