The Card Emporium

I like the fact Castle Bromwich still has proper family run shops.
This is a classic. Open Sundays, this is the place to pop if you’ve forgotten a birthday or just because you have a last minute urge to let a loved one know just how much they are loved. Conversely, the other good thing about being a little independent shop is the choice it gives you. What it lacks in floor space it makes up for in the fact its stocks are a little bit different.
At Card Emporium you’ll find cards you’re not likely to find in your carbon-​copy high street stores. You know the ones I’m talking about. So, there’s no danger of your loved ones receiving the same card twice if you take your time to pick something out by visiting a little shop like this. The same can be said of their gifts. The ceilings are adorned with lovely balloons of all colours and for all occasions. In fact, when I was in there today, I nearly bought one. I didn’t really have anything to celebrate. It was just one of those days when I wanted a balloon… every day I want a balloon.
