There are a couple of stand up sunbeds available here and they also offer your standard beauty treatments such as having your nails done.
I’d say that these are not the strongest sunbeds I’ve ever been on but the location is good if you live in Selly Oak and I think if you’re a first time tanner these would be a good place to start so you can build a gradual tan.
They also sell a range of tanning creams which will prolong your tan so definitely worth asking about these as they could help you get a darker long lasting tan.

First things first, I’m not a regular tanning customer or the kind of person who frequents beauty salons but I have accompanied female friends and family member to places such as Tan and Beauty. They do a good job here of providing an all round beauty service from tanning to a nail bar all of which is available seven days a week. This place seems to be popular with the females of Selly Oak and upon encountering the friendly staff and aesthetically good interior it is easy to see why. Image appears to becoming more and more relevant to our lives in the modern era and as such places like Tan and Beauty provide a vital service. I’m not an expert in this field but in my humble opinion I’d say Tan and Beauty is worth a visit if you fancy a spot of pampering.
