rockfast plumbing and heating

Im having to write an update to this. The day after the shower was fitted it stopped working. My partner rang him and was told that it had to be a problem with the shower and not the pump. The manufacturers of the shower sent an engineer round who said that the pump hasnt been fitted correctly. Ive checked plumbing diagrams online and it certainly does appear to be fitted incorrectly. After speaking to the plumber from Rockfast ive been bombarded with text messages about how my shower isnt set up correctly (i have a house where the water tank isnt in the loft but its behind the shower hence needing a pump) and getting arsey because he knows how to fit a pump and im the only customer who has had a problem etc etc.
Whilst i take on board what he is saying — my water tank isnt in the best of places — at the end of the day im a customer who is just relaying what one professional has said to another. I shouldnt be made to feel upset and intimidated.
I would not recommend this company to anyone im afraid.
