There’s no other convenience store on Digbeth Street like Nisa Local. The location is ideal as it’s not too far from flats and is on the way as you head into the city centre(if you go up Digbeth street.) The store is also near some of Birmingham’s main attractions and it’s handy that they have free cash withdrawals! They met my expectations of a convenience store as their products range from basic fresh vegetables to toiletries, pretty handy right? However for an off license they only had a small selection of alcohol. The staff were friendly and gave a casual greeting as I walked in and I could see they were bored they but they were surprisingly chatty when I went to the counter. In this day in age most people are trying to save money and Nisa Local has some money saving deals. When I went there they had an offer to buy two chocolate bars for the price of one. The products in general are quiet cheap as well and it was a relief to know they take card payments with no charge or them saying something like«you have to spend… to pay on card»
