Nando’s

As Nandos go this is one of the smallest I have ever been too, arriving at 7pm on a Monday I didn’t expect a wait but was told it would be around 10 minutes.
After 15 I was called to a table into what is a small but crowded restaurant and I proceeded to order and bet soft drinks and utensils. I will add that there isn’t much in the way of toilet facilities so there was a considerable line for those the entire time I was there.
The food arrive quickly and was at the usual standard I expect from Nandos, the restaurant was also incredibly clean considering how busy it was. I just feel it could be twice the size and still be busy considering the location.
My takeaways are, good restaurant but expect a wait.

I came to Nando’s Shirley last weekend with my husband as I am a big fan of Nando’s. It was peak time (7.45pm on Saturday) so we had to wait about 15 min for a table. I requested the booth as this is more comfortable. Once we were shown our table we immediately put our order in and then the food came about 10 min after. We were served by a young man names James. He was really polite and kind. The chicken and chips were perfect, however the veggie burger was just warm. I did specify that the burger should be hot when I ordered it. I spoke to the manager about my warm burger (another kind James). James immediately put an order in for another burger meal. The new meal arrived piping hot. It was perfect. Thank you James for rectifying the order.

This place seldom disappoints. A busy Tuesday night and we were seated and fed within 10 minutes of coming through the door. The chicken was searing hot and succulent, the staff attentive and friendly, and… well, it’s a chicken restaurant so you can’t ask for much more!
Anyway. Keep up the good work, looking forward to the next visit.
