Kenyon Forge

As I live here I may be a bit biased, but I love it! Kenyon Forge is a new build and there’s a mix of one and two bed flats throughout. Most however, are one beds. Each is self-​contained and well laid out. All flats come furnished with all the mod-​cons one would expect from a flat in the city. Only a few of the flats have balcony’s and some have a Juliette balcony accessible from the living room.
Situated around the corner from St Pauls Square it’s in a perfect location for the city and local transport, including Snow Hill Station. Parking is available and it’s nice to have private gated parking and not worry about having to find a space after driving home.
It’s a good area, and with the gated entrance and concierge, it feels safe. There’s a video entry door system so you don’t have to go to the gate to let anyone in as well as security cameras in all communal areas and carpark — for peace of mind!
Oh, and for the health conscious of us, there’s also bike storage facilities available!
