Not a great first impression as from the moment I walked in it felt cramped and dirty. The staff seemed more interested in doing their own thing than their only customer in the shop, me. Floor it mainly sell wooden flooring so more carpet and rugs wouldn’t hurt. You can get good value for money here as one box starts from five pounds. To be honest it felt like that was the only thing that makes this place worth going to. Now I’m not one to stereotype but woman aren’t usually the best at DIY, in fact I’m clueless and not once were any of the men helpful! Instead I just got a casual greeting. I found that they provide a measuring service but not delivery, which is a shame!
