I remember going to this Ikon barbers with my lad. It was a time when it was a popular football match. The receptionist was busy eating Walkers crisps Salt and Vinegar. There was only one male barber there as all the others had been given time off. I waited patiently as the barber was cutting a man's hair. This barber thought it was more important to go for a cigarette break. I took my son to the hairdresser's Christodoulou’s 0121 236 5845. The Greek barber there was serving a customer and treated us better. He gave my lad styling tips. When my son says he wants to go to Ikon barbers I think of the lack of customer service experienced. Yes they do need a change in attitude. Even if popular still have to say I will be with you shortly. Unless the boss is happy with losses and a bad reputation.

A very decent barbers in the heart of Brum’s city centre, They are an independent brand and have stores in bearwood and Harborne too. I often go in here if i need a quick trim. The shop itself is really well-presented, classic décor and furniture. Being in the Great Western Arcade it fits into the theme of the arcade too which is full of small independent retailers. The barbers themselves are very talented and professional, the cut is always very good and they offer a range of quality hair products. The staff are very friendly and the wait is normally no longer than about ten minutes when its quiet, longer if busy. While you wait they offer there is a large television and various newspapers to keep you amused.
