This branch of theirs is lovely; it is quite big and have quite a lot of stock everytime you pop in for a bite. This does cause downsides to it like the freshness of the goods does go away after a bit and they do not warm a hard pizza for you again even if you ask them to do which is kind of poor customer service.
I have experienced some other worst cases where there has been a hair found in a pasty that i bought. They did have a thorough inspection of the inspection to see if the claim was in deed genuine and after it was confirmed so they did try reconciling by offering me some free tokens, but this does not really alleviate what had happened.
I hope they could up their standards as the food do look nice.
