Please be warned do NOT use Racheal Ann Lawrie she is a fraud ! She is not an interior designer like she claims she is. I had her come to do a re design of my kitchen gave her a budget of £700 which she said had to be paid in full and in cash (I should have knew then something wasn’t right) that was for her to do the work and buy all new things like kettle toaster chairs knifes folks etc she came on the day she said she would at half 12 with someone to help her the job was awful they only painted the walls and there were amess so told her I wasn’t happy and I’d rather her not continue with it and wanted a refund said for her to take the money for half a days work plus money for paint which was bought so about 200i thought was reasonable, but oh no Racheal turns up with 100 pound refund so charged 600 pound for painting one wall and a tub of emulation which was not more than £20 I told her that this was out of line she became very aggressive so had to call the police, the police came and they couldn’t believe what they were hearing they said the business isn’t a legit one and ended up only getting another 200 back which the police helped with thankfully, to save yourself time and money do not use this women ever! Well first off I’m not going to argue with you Racheal as you no full well what you did was wrong and your comment below is a load of rubbish you was the one that decided 700 was plenty. It’ is up to you people to decide but I can honestly say that I have never used any companies to do works within my home I have always done this myself or family members have helped out .i was stuck with kitchen had no ideas what to do with it that’s why I got Racheal in but that was the biggest mistake I ever made as you can see from review above. I have never written a review in my life but police advised that i should regarding this business to stop the same thing happening to anyone else.
