Burger King

We spend more time outside than inside here. People watching is a great pasttime. People with lots of bags rushing past yet most looking miserable. after buying food from Greggs, drink from Burger King, Icecream from stall which has only just returned or credits for our phones, from EE or other phone shops nearby, we sit and share our experiences. At closing time or by 7.45pm, most wander off to the soup run or head to Mc Donalds for tea and sympathy or go home. Yesterday the toilets were out of order so we had to ‘go up the escalator’

Burger King: Well I just wanted to write my feelings about Burger King. I’m really annoyed as everytime I go to Burger King they don’t have any veggie Burgers.
I went this one particular day and was told that they don’t have any left, I asked if they had anything else suitable for vegetarians. I was told that they have Spicy Bean burgers, Ohhh but then another member of staff tells me I can’t have that as they are cooked in the same oil as the chicken fillets.
Not only do they NEVER have veggie burgers or a suitable 2^nd choice option for a vegetarian eater I also had to put up with staff who were lacking in customer service and that were to busy talking and laughing behind the counter than actually serving. When asked if I could speak to a manager to ask WHY on a saturday afternoon (probably one of the busiest days) do they not have suitable food supplies. I was met with The food is still being defrosted.
I just think its a joke…

There is a large amount of seating in this fast food branch. I have never had to queue for very long, as the staff are extremely efficient. I find that the burgers are a lot bigger than other fast food branches and are a lot nicer! It isn’t that expensive to eat here either.

Not a fan of the Burger King, the staff are so rude in here constantly, each time I have been in its as though everythings to much trouble for them — I understand theres not much motivation but come on.
The queues are also very long at this one however the seating makes up as there is loads — so you will find a seat!
The food is pretty standard but slightly better quality than that of Burger King Martineau Place.

I try not to have fast food too often as I know it is not the healthiest of lunches, but I am far to often tempted by a Burger King burger. The service is fast and efficient and this branch as ample seating. Once or twice it has looked to busy to get a seat so I have gone opposite to greggs instead as I prefer to sit down to eat a BK, and although they do have somewhere to sit outside the store I cant really enjoy it. They do a kids menu which is £3 for a meal drink and a toy so more expensive that the alternative fast food kids meals but both seem to be enjoyed equally

When you’re spoiled for choice, like you are in the Bullring, there is no good reason to choose Burger King.
If you do, chances are you’ll regret it afterwards. The service isn’t great and it’s often too busy to find a seat, even though there are loads.

When did it get to be so expensive? £9 for 2 beanburgers, 2 small fries and a couple of tiny coffees.
The beanburgers are no longer spicy. They were soggy. The buns were soggy and too long to pick up. The fries were mostly left as they had no middles.
The queues were long and only went in for the loo but decided to have lunch. A strange member of staff stared at me all the time I was in there.
Somewhere I won’t go for lunch again and wish I hadn’t.
