In an old art deco style pub formally known as ‘the trees’ to locals this awesome building stood empty for a long time before they renovated it a few years ago now into a great Chines buffet restaurant. This place has loads of room and is great for groups. It’s simply decorated and upon entering you are presented with a mountain of a salad bar, literally a mountain. The choice here isn’t as extensive as other buffet restaurants in Brum but it doesn’t mean it is any less in the tasty stakes. You can expect the classics here as well as some additions in in the desert stakes with a chocolate fountain and a candy floss machine. Yes, the candy floss machine was particularly awesome in my eyes. You can easily park at the restaurant and you can’t miss it as it’s just on one of the many islands on the Queslett Road. It’s definitely worth a visit over to this side of Brum to try it.
