Boots The Chemists

This Boots is the largest one I know of in Birmingham. It has a full cosmetics section, which includes Clinque. There is also a large selection of perfumes and aftershaves which always has some good deals on. Due to its size its able to stock more than most other Boots in the area, including the smaller and less well-​known brands, and offer some better deals!
There’s a full pharmacy and chemists here. The prescription service is good, and tends to be filled quite quickly. When they had to order in my last prescription, they ordered it and I was able to collect it the next day. There’s also a photoshop and an opticians downstairs, of which I’ve used both. The automatic photo printer machines are good and easy to use and there’s normally someone on hand to give you help should there be a problem.
The opticians has a large selection of both normal glasses and sunglass. I’ve never had a problem booking an appointment for a time that suits me. Additionally, the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing your glasses and/​or contact lenses.
While it may not be part of Boots exactly, there is also a walk-​in clinic, sexual health clinic, doctors surgery and a dental health practice located downstairs. The doctors surgery is only open to local residents but the walk-​in centre is available to everyone.

Ya gota love Boots on the High Street — its the only place I can get my Facial Skincare range slightly cheaper that the boutique that initially recommended it!
Good choice of products and if they dont have it in stock they will order it in.
Downstairs has changed alot over the years and houses the baby section, Walk in centre, optician etc.

This is a great branch of Boots, situated on the High Street in Birmingham. Its a large store with most of the items that Boots advertise and stock, and always have the promotions etc that they advertise nationally. I find the store to be clean, bright and the aisles are well-​organised — unlike some branches its easy here to work out where you should be looking for particular items. The pharmacy is efficient and the staff there are very helpful, particularly i find for travel advice and things like colds and flu. Prices compare pretty well with Tescos and superdrug i think, though its still worth shopping around and comparing prices. This branch also has a good photoprocessing centre, which id certainly recommend for its quick turnaround.
