Monica, seriously, warm up a bit and start valuing your customers .

After reading a number of reviews on reptile forum can confirm from almost weekly visits to purchase frozen foods that as a customer you are often left feeling unwelcome as if when you enter the reptile room that you are invading the owners space. Reptile / invert husbandry exceptional but the prices for both livestock and equipment in my mind totally i flayed. For example i asked for a quote on an exo terra mini tall terrarium. I was quoted £59.99, local pet shop sell for £55, secured one, one of a number ovailable from a number of suppliers for £46 incl delivery. Liveestock too well overpriced just take a look at preloved for a comparison. I'm a good customer, spend approx £500 a year on frozen, please make an effort to make your regular customers more welcome. Just a hi when i visit would be welcomed . The guys are warm but the owner complete ice maiden, cold blooded like the reptiles she sells x

I love this pet store, I think it is really different and rather interesting too! They specialise in reptiles as their title suggests and I think this is great as many pet stores tend to forget about those little critters! They have an array of stock for all pets and reptiles, including bedding, cages/​homes for the pet, food and general dried goods. One of the really great things about this store is that the staff genuinely know what they are talking about, they are full of advice and information to suit all pet owners. They also have some books too, which is useful if you if you are thinking about getting a pet. It is quite impressive in comparison to the bigger chain pet stores that are around and it is also so much cheaper! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who has pets especially reptiles!

Geckos and snakes and toads — oh my.
The reptilian stock is breathtaking and beautiful, but do not take that mischievous ten-​year-​old to whom you just can’t say no. Otherwise, there’s a granny or auntie likely to receive a shock during their next visit.
Prices start at roughly £50 for these incredibly lovely creatures, with chameleons perhaps the pick of the bunch. Crickets — which you can hear chirruping in store — come in slightly less at about £1.50 a box, but you should telly little Jimmy these are live feed for the lizardy lot and not cut-​price pets. It all adds to an exotic, but not unwelcoming atmosphere. It’s easy to lose an hour.
It seems amiss to advise people to visit simply as a pastime. Looking with no intention of buying must grate on the very pleasant staff and yet, it’s hard to think of a more glorious ‘product’ for which to window-​shop. That said, perhaps your first visit could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship. On balance, you may like scales.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, the front of the store is given over to products geared toward more traditional, domestic pets — cages and wheels for the type of small mammals for which a snake in the back may lick his lips.
