Big johns, now we’ll established around Birmingham for its wide range and cheap food. I’ve experienced many different ones in the last few years but unfortunately my local on Hawthorn road is probably the worst! It closes early and the food appears to have been sat for a while.
Another thing I have noticed is the prices vary from store to store, with hawthorn road been much more expensive than erdington.
I personally prefer the extra 5 minute drive to erdington for fresher food (I think as it’s busier they have a higher food turnover so it isn’t sitting for too long) and the amount of competition in erdington means prices are always more competitive!
