Bastille

La Bastille French restaurant is based in the centre of Birmingham. I have only been here once and to be honest although it was nice it is not the sort of place I would go to often. The resultant is quite small and in my opinion quite dated, I think that’s the French theme. There are a lot of small cosy labels with white cloths on them. The room is not very spacious but you do get a certain continental feel to the restaurant. They do a great A La Carte and it is very reasonably priced so I can see why people eat here regularly. To be honest I am not a great fan or French food so I was really limited on what I could eat. If you like French food then give it a go they have an extensive menu

Cool restaurant just down from Magistrates Courts, great for just a cold Kronenbourg and a bowl of mussels from the café menu, lunch time or late afternoon, or a sit down meal from their A le Carte menu. The atmosphere is good and the staff friendly
