The owner (and only barber) at this place has to be one of the friendliest people in Birmingham. His cuts are some of the best I have ever had and he is not afraid to give advice, or help you decide what would style would suit you.
The only negative I need to mention is that there are no appointments. My advice is to wait it out, its only £12 for a trim and worth every penny.
To top it all off this place is also bargain hunter friendly! For every 6⁄7 cuts you have you get one half price. Be sure to pick up a loyalty card and take full advantage.

I went here three or four times when I was working in The Big Peg and it was an easy, quick trip door to door. I was always really happy with both the service and the cut. Banter is fine, easy going.
I have to say my haircut is likely as simple as it gets. Basically short sides and back and a number 2 on top. Hard to get wrong. But he always did a neat job with no messing around. You mileage may vary if you have some complicated cut. He’d probably handle it fine; I just don’t know.
I’d say at £12 the price is fair given local prices for a decent man cut. I only stopped going when I moved job and so it became a bit of a trek. I might go back. I liked the bloke and good to support a local independent too. I’d recommend the place.
