The hotel is a little bit dated and the beds are uncomfortable. However, it is fairly priced and has free parking. It’s worth consideration as long as you have a car. You’ll need a car to get here and you’ll need one to get around for dinner as there is nothing within walking distance.
If it isn’t less expensive than the hotels closer in to Glasgow, I would pass. If it is a deal, the inconveniences are minor so go for it.

We came here because I have a Taste Card, and curry was just not not appealing and it seems that everywhere else that we could use the card in the area were curry houses. It was such a lovely experience. We had a booth, and Graham was an excellent waiter. He was pleasant, friendly and never put a foot wrong. We were very impressed with him. The food was great too. Poached egg with Stornoway black pudding, tomato soup, Cajun chicken burger and chicken and chorizo penne, all very tasty. Graham recommended some other places in Glasgow we could use the card. He is a definite credit to the restaurant.

Allea in allem ein gutes Hotel. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer groß genug und sauber. Einziges Manko ist das doch klägliche Frühstück. Das habe bei einfacheren Hotels besser gesehen. Internet ist sehr umständlich mit Codes, die man freikratzt. Wer viel arbeitet darf das ein paar Mal am Abend machen, das Volumen begrenzt ist. Ist aber eins der kostengünstigerrn Hiltons in UK.

Usual Hilton standard of room — although this one is one of their better ones; modern and clean.
Being located on a business park it is busy with business clients during the week.
The food served is of a high quality with a special mention for the mixed grill — the amount of food is so huge, rumour is no one has ever left an empty plate, I can confirm that!
On a personal note, this hotel (then owned by a previous hotel chain) was the place I first met my wife, so it is ‘special to us both’.
