This is what this place says on their website and all the corporate blurb and marketing won’t cover up that this is a mobile phone shop, and not a particularly good one at that.
For me, the staff are a little bit intrusive and were a little bit in my face when I called in. I used to seell phones so I like to think I know whats what. The entire vibe here is a little bit off for me.
Definitely shop around.

This is a multinational company so you sort of know what you are getting with the Vodafone shop. A huge variety of phones, a red theme and staff that are quite intrusive.
But this shop is a little bit different, having a mobile phone contract with Vodafone I have had to go into this shop a few times. I am a bit of a phone destroyer, a wrecker and a loser. This makes my appearance in this shop all to regular. But this staff are always really helpful, I have to do that thing were they call the insurance company and I talk to them in the shop, this usually involves explaining to the person at the other end of the phone how I broke this handset. This is a pretty awkward experience but the staff never judge and always have a little bit of a laugh, even if it is at my expense.

The best Vodafone store in the North of Ireland. Always busy so best to visit in the morning or evening time to avoid wait times.
Although the store is looking dated the team are top of their game.
