We are all on the same quest and fighting the same war, that quest of course is to find our favourite blend of coffee. The blend that will help us keep our eyes open when staring at spreadsheets in the office, the blend that will help shake off a hangover or the blend that will kick start your day.
Well I think the quest could be coming to an end, I stumbled across SD Bells stall at St Georges Market and I felt like Indian Jones, there were boxed coffee beans form places I hadn’t even heard of all ethically sourced of course. There scent made me want to break out the craftier there and then but I resisted.
The beans I did buy were spectacular — one week on and I’m still craving their sweet scent.
What I am trying to say is that SD Bell will have coffee or tea (if you’re that way inclined) to suit any taste and the guys on the stall or at their retail outlet will talk you through the beans on display.
If you want to try before you buy call in to their coffee shop on the Upper Newtownards Road — I guarantee you won’t leave without your fix.
