KFC is what it is really, quieter than McDonalds but not as quick service. The chips are nicer and not pre salted which saves you over salting them, the snack boxes are handy, I don’t like the bargain bucket as its full of bones in the chicken

Been here a few times, not really impressed to say the least, first of all the place is dirty, food lying around floor etc, staff don’t seem pleasant at all, I ordered two £1.29 mini fillet burgers, there wasn’t a big queue, while I was waiting a few scumbags came and started messing about and throwing things they ordered and of course I was waiting 15 minutes on two tiny burgers and the scumbag got his meal before I got mine he only had to wait less than 5 minutes, I was really annoyed by that so I went up and asked the worker where my order was she then said to me what did you order I said two mini fillet burgers so she went and asked and came back to me and said there’s no lettuce I said that’s fine, I just wanted to get out because the scumbags were kicking off, so I took the burgers off the worker, she didnt apologise or nothing to me waiting 20 minutes for 2 tiny burgers, when I went out the door I opened one and it was cold, I didnt go back in to complain, I only go in here now for a coffee. Which surprisingly has improved.

Firstly, Unilocal, this is the«old» address, but the map points to Connswater and the new address is further up the road, maybe you should change it to KFC East Belfast but anyway… For some reason, I was persuaded to give this place another go, Christ knows why after the last time but give it a go I did. Firstly, any place with 2 people dining and 2 people queuing should not take 20 minutes to serve you, this is because there appeared to be one bloke doing both kitchen and drive through and another bloke on the counter who appeared to be on some sort of tranquillizer, certainly he was in no hurry and what speed he had was taken up by the 2 people dining coming back to complain about missing items on their order, the lady in front of me ordered a latte, sat down, took one sip and came back complaining it was cold. Mr Slow told her it was because it was the machine wouldn’t heat the milk and any other one he made would be the same. She walked out in disgust, By this stage I wasn’t prepared to sit in so I asked could I have my order in takeaway form. You would have think I told him his mum was a good shag going by the look and the theatrical fluffing of the paper bags, I nearly laughed out loud. Anyway, I took the food and went home. In the literally 5 minutes it took to get home, the«fries» were stone cold, straight to the bin, the missus was hungry enough to eat her burger lukewarm, but the chicken was returned to the oven to get good and hot. Anyway, I’d avoid it even more now, maybe people don’t expect much, but you could make a load of fried chicken from Iceland for half the price and at least you’d know it was warm
