Budda 2005

The Budda bar and restaurant is situated at the back of the Odyssey, past the Beach Club. Despite the simple layout of the odyssey It is actually a little hard to find being tucked in around the corner and discreetly decorated.
I had no complaints after my first visit, the service was ‘OK’ if a little bit slow however the food was grand. My second visit was terminal for my custom at Budda. I entered with my Girlfriend and stood waiting to be approached by the waitress who was loitering behind the bar and clearly saw us. After 10 minutes or so we left feeling angry, frustrated and a little embarrassed. For me this is the height of professional discourtesy and a cardinal sin in the restaurant trade. I will not visit the establishment again.
