26 West Bar and Grill

Called in for a spot of lunch whilst out shopping with the hubby and 3 kids
Had to wait 10 mins to be seated as it was quite busy, but don’t mind that at all
Got seated and drink order taken promptly, although, it didn’t come for 15 mins, after we had ordered
Plus side was the drink we orders was bottomless, so we were able to keep topping up, with the kids I found this really handy lol!
The food arrived in about 10 mins, was nicely set out and was good
We both orders off the healthy menu, hubby got a chicken & bacon Caesar with light dressing, wasn’t too much sauce which was ideal
I ordered a prawn orientalist stir fry… though I’m not too sure exactly how healthy it was… there was a fair amount of oil saying that it was tasty and there was ample enough big juicy prawns
The kids all enjoyed theirs too!
They have plenty of deals on too
February every day has 2 for 1 cocktails
And they have a set menu that includes a free cinema ticket… this consists of 4 columns to choose from, starting from £9.95
So plenty of choice!
The girls were lovely servers, I could see they were run off their feet so I appreciate being talked to properly and not feeling ‘rushed’
All in all was a good lunch and will go back without the kids for a more adult beverage too

I’ve been to this place loads of times, most of the staff are friendly but not all, the food I can not fault, it’s clean and well set out, prices are a little high, portions of chips a little on the small side too but over all I enjoy my visits
