Smarty Dry Cleaners

I haven't used this dry cleaning service for years. I took a very nice and expensive wool coat for dry cleaning, left my number when leaving my coat as every body does. I went on holidays and i was going through divorce. To be honest i forgot about it but i know that they should have called me to remind me of my dry cleaning, they never called and when i remember after a 1-2 months they say they didn't have it and that they took it to charity, also they say that they called me which is not true. I was furious. I comment it to my neighbour and she say i wasn't the only one, this has happened to her and she say that some of her friends too... what a shame! they are closest to me but not a trusty one to go to.
