The perfect place to stay on a visit to Bath. The house is charming, the people are so helpful and friendly, and you couldn’t ask for more comfortable rooms. The rooms are luxuriously appointed with great views and lovely décor. It’s in a very good location too, not in the city center but tucked into the sweet neighborhoods surrounding it and only a quick walk away. I will definitely return!

We really liked this hotel room. The hotel is at the top of a hill that will take you right into the city(there is a bus also). It is a short walk but if you are not in good shape, it could be tough. I think all the rooms have a jacuzzi bath which was nice. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. The breakfast was good also. Lots of choices, drinks and fruit and the staff was so friendly. We came early and they let us check in because our room was ready and she gave us great directions and some suggestions. Your room key also has coupons to local spots in bath which we did not use but there were some good deals.

We were placed here after an error in the computer registration system of the owners’ related property, Bath Paradise House, and were given a Sunday/Monday night rate of 100 pounds as a concession. The property was lovely, rooms were comfortable and breakfast was delicious and promptly served. Staff is warm, gracious and helpful. The property was full. If you arrive by car or use a car when in Bath, choose a compact or subcompact — the on-site car park is quite small, merely a large driveway. Property is a 10 minute walk from town center and pubs; the return walk is uphill but not difficult. Lacks the views of Paradise House, except in the more posh Room 10, but it is closer to town center.

Charming and very nice place. The service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to town center but not so close that it was noisy. Our rate for a king with jacuzzi bath on weeknights was ~130.
