I could literally spend all day in here. In the lead up to my wedding I wanted to add personalised special touches to our invites and the packaging on our gifts for the bridesmaids. I found so much choice in here in a rainbow of colours and it was very cheap as well. I found the staff really helpful as I was not sure how much ribbon I would need for the invites and they told me that if I bought too much and didn’t open one of the packets then I could return it. They also let me take some swatches of ribbon back to show my partner for his opinion. Believe it or not, we also managed to get a bride and groom cake topper in here which looked fab!

Hobbycraft is a great shop for overpriced general craft items but if you want something a bit different of special it is worth visiting one of the many local independent shops selling craft goods.
They do sell an amazing amount of goods but just touch on each craft. Crafts covered include knitting, cross stitch, candle making, painting, card making and scrapbooking they also sell craft materials, ribbon, model kits, and beads.
They also sell a nice range of childrens craft kits that are great for Christmas and produce leaflets with projects on that are often good for children.
The nearest carpark is pay and display and it is often very busy.

This shop is absolutely enormous and supplied almost any craft hobby that you can think of.
It also holds lots of seasonal stock and is currently full of goodies to make anything to do with Christmas decorations, cards, jewellery, gift wraps and so on.
The staff are also very helpful and willing to discuss with you what you are looking for and where you can find it.
There are also lots of ‘how to’ leaflets to help you.
There is a reasonable sized car park at this store, which is pay and siaply, but can be very very busy at weekends.
