This is one of my preferred restaurants of the Basildon festival leisure park. It offers a wide choice of food and drinks. The food is usually cooked very well, even though there has been the odd occasion that it has been overcooked. The bar is a kind of sports bar, in that they have sky sports news on show in the bar area. They provide a full cocktail list too which is nice when you are feeling a little exotic. The restaurant also shares its parking with the rest of the Leisure Park so there is plenty of that too. I would say overall that this place is just above average.

Chilis is located in the Festival Leisure Park not too far from Basildon town centre and the A127 turn off. Chilis serve a range of food such as burgers, steaks, salads, fajitas — they have a menu on their website, so have a look and see what takes your fancy. They also serve a mean cocktail! We always receive excelllent service when we go here and the waiters and waitresses ar really friendly. I would recommend booking at the weekend as it does get rather busy(I suppose you could enjoy one of their cocktails at the bar area while you are waiting!!) If your looking for an idea for a Chrstmas pressie — they also do gift vouchers.
