The Rhoose office of Park Estates is the second one for this family run business and it has only been open for about two years. It concentrates on selling property in the Rhoose area. Any lettings in the Rhoose are dealt with by the lettings staff member who is based in the main Barry office. The service is friendly and personal. They make a real effort to get to know their customers. The staff rotate between the two offices and that way the partners (mother and son-​in-​law) keep an eye on things and also get to know exactly what’s happening to the market at both locations.
