Kingston

Some people write it as «Kingston» while others write it as «Kingstone». I don’t suppose it makes much difference which way it’s written these day as both ways sound the same when spoken.
Not many people know how Kingston got it’s name. Some people think it was a Royal Seat (Household) centries ago, but this is not so.
«KINGSTON» refers to; «THE KING’S STON», in other words the steps from which the King would mount His Horse.
