Primark — you can’t beat it for a bargain. On my last visit I bought 2 pairs of sandals, a pair of trousers, 3 t-shirts, a throw, a handbag and a shirt for my other half all for £35.00. You can’t beat that. Sometimes the store can be a bit messy with clothes all over the place but I suppose this is the fault of the shoppers who don’t put things back. Queues at the tills can also be long. Definitely worth a visit — you’ll always get something!

This is usually quite a good Primark store. It provides quite a lot of choice for women, with a large lingerie and nightwear section which is particularly good. Underwear sets for £4? Yes Please! The womenswear boasts quite a good selection of on trend items, both in casualwear and formalwear, as well as usually having a good selection of dresses, whatever the time of year. Currently they have a broad selection of winter coats in a variety of colours, shapes and sizes there should be something to suit everyone! During sale time you can pick up lots of bargains, with most basic items being priced at £1 or under, with t-shirts sometimes costing you 25p! Great news in a poor economic climate eh?

Ooh, was going to give a four but held back as the shop can be messy at times(mind you, it is the shoppers not putting things back where they got them that causes this!) and sometimes the queue, even though it is a ‘snake’ system, can be a bit longer than is needed, especially if you are in a hurry at lunchtime(could do with opening up desks at both ends and spreading the load more). Anyways, ideal shop for cheap and, usually, cheerful clothes(although I am getting a bit old and large for some of their styles). For me, their mens and childrens sections are best. Watch out for their frequent price reductions when you can usually get your kids kitted out even more reasonably than normal. Particularly find their kids trousers, shirts, t-shirts to be great value and hard wearing. just what you need with ever growing kids who seem to be always needing more stuff. Don’t forget, they do some Household items too such as towels and bed linen.

Small shop, bit chaotic but always good value for money. Staff very helpful, always put themselves out if you ask them. Could do with tidying up a bit more but all Primark’s like that. Can’t beat them for good cheap clothes and shoes and I love their slippers!!!

Some decent bargains to be had. If you need something cheap, you’ll find it here.

Great bargains all year round. Clothes are priced at ‘disposable clothes’ prices(50p +). Great for t-shirts, work clothes, underwear, towels, costume jewellery, sweatshirts, pjs and kids clothes. Colours can wash lighter but at their prices you can wear them a couple of times and give them to charity. Changing rooms are private and you can take as long as you need. Staff are available and friendly. Queues for the tills can appear long but they move quickly and you often pick up another bargain while you’re in the queue.
