The pizza here is fab, and they have great lunchtime and early deals. Pleasant décor and friendly vibe. Plenty on the menu besides pizza, but its so good I’m not tempted by anything else. Handy location for train station, right on Burns Statue Square and opposite Odeon Cinema.

Friendly family run Italian restaurant close to Ayr train station and opposite the cinema, Vito’s serves up delicious authentic pizzas. During the day and at tea-​time they do a special deal on pastas and pizzas. Have been a few times and it’s become a firm family favourite. Highly recommended for informal and inexpensive dining.

At Vito’s every occasion is catered for. Whether it be for morning coffee, a quick bite to eat, a business lunch, pre-​theatre or a relaxed dinner out with friends or family a menu is available to suit. They have a popular daytime menu (served until 5pm), including tasty sandwiches, homemade burgers, fish and chips, light bites and scrumptious chicken dishes. A business lunch is also available and an early evening menu until 7pm with a wide variety of choices priced at £8.95 for 2 courses and £11.95 for 3 courses.
A particular favourite is Vito’s Special which is ANY pizza or pasta from their a la larte menu at a credit crunch busting price of £5.95 served every day until 7pm.

This place is great. Friendly staff, great food and a lovely atmosphere. Downstairs looks like a little café, dark but well lit. Upstairs is a real shock — you don’t expect it to look so lovely. The décor is really nice and there are some interesting features of the way the restaurant is laid out.
Foodwise –They also do some great deals — so try ordering before 7 to take advantage of them! The food is taste — pizza, pasta is what to expect but it done the traditional way. There is also a great selection of deserts.

open all day for pizza/​pasta specials, great prices, good service and fab food– be advised tho ask them to lay off the decorative parsley, chef obviously reckons it looks nice but can ruin your meal
