What you see is what you get, the food is all of a good quality and its quite good value, went here as my local chippy for a few years.

Hi Tide is just about the perfect fish shop. Fresh fish covered in light crispy batter, freshly fried and served over warm perfectly cooked chips. Outside of the fish selection there is a nice variety of other fatty, artery clogging, public health concerning foods like kebab, pie, burgers and pickled onions.
The only things lacking are veggie options (onion rings? mushrooms? anything else besides the veggie, yawn, burger?) and the extra charge for sachets of sauce besides vinegar. My cheap ass hates that.
Especially when I’m paying with $$$.
