B & Q

I have received some bad services in my time but just when I thought it won’t get any worse then B&Q surpass everything.
My kitchen was meant to be installed on the 15/​02/​2015 and the fitters didn’t show up and no one from B&Q have the decency to even let me know that they fitters are not coming.
First of all I was meant to receive a delivery for my kitchen on the 11÷02÷16. Two days before that someone phoned me and told me they can’t deliver on that date and the delivery was moved to another date.
Then on Friday the 12÷02÷16 someone call Andy phoned me and told me that my kitchen will not be installed on Monday 15÷02÷16. The date was pushed to the 18÷02÷16. And on the 18/​02/​2015 no one show up at my house to fix the kitchen.
My girlfriend has booked this week off so she can supervise the fitters when the come round. She has wasted her holidays because of the incompetence of B&Q. The fitters that eventually came on Friday the 19÷02÷16 they didn’t do the initially survey so they haven’t got clue what I asked for.
I will make sure everyone on the internet no about how rubbish B&Q is. Paying 6 thousand for a kitchen and this is the service you get.
My advise to everyone out there is to avoid B&Q. There is no chain of command. Once you signed up for the kitchen the service afterwards is terrible. There home fitting team is a joke. They don’t know what they are doing. If you’re looking for a new kitchen look elsewhere B&Q is shit!

I have been in and out of here over the last few weeks with moving house and have bought lots of stuff. The store is very big and can be a bit daunting to find things but staff are always on hand to point you in the right direction or to help with anything you need. They are always friendly and very helpful. Pleanty of things in stock, you can walk in buy what you need, pay and leave. They have lots of good offer on most of the time, the only thing I find is some of it can be a bit over priced but the quality is very good.

A large B and Q warehouse on snipe retail park. Recently had a refurb and now lots more stock and wider aisles for the mount of customers that the store recieves. Sells everything you need for the DIY novice or trades m person.
